And Theodore seems to be a good sport about losing the number 1 spot to Varlamov, so it's nice to see that good attitude. Last thing you need in the playoffs is controversy in the locker room.

Theodore has not been the same since he won mvp in 2002 for watever reason. Well a lot of things happened to him at once while he was here, but I thought a change of scenery would help him out. He has gotten a bit better since he left though. I don't know about being a number 1 goaltender, though.

I can see him as a numbah 1 'tender on a team floundering in such an aspect, but really... no teams come to mind. Not like I pay close attention to a good chunk of them, though.

He could probably be a decent goalie on teams with a good defense or defensive system like Detroit or New Jersey, but on an offensive team with a very, very average defense like he's on now in Washington, not so much.

Well, I think Theo is better than Osgood. He would probably play well in Detroit.

This might sound dumb but maybe he should go play in the ahl to try and rediscover his game??? Just a thought

Detroit got back into this series with a win last night, it's now 2-2.
Did anyone see Hossa's disallowed goal in game 3? Ridiculous.

Yeah. I like Anaheim, but man were they ever lucky in that game. Should've gone to OT for sure.

Yeah, that's such a dumb rule, but once the whistle blows, that's that.
Sad to see a referee so blatantly decide the outcome of a playoff game.

Yeah, that call was ridiculous. Hossa was pissed off and he had a good reason to be
