I don't know thats tough but one of my top votes is:

Colorado vs Detroit
An old playoff rivalry which used to happen pretty often in the dyas of Fedorov-Yzerman- Shannahan vs. Forsberg-Sakic-Hejduk. This was always a fun one to watch.

Also, the two New York teams can be pretty good once in a while. Oh, and Ottawa and Toronto.
