Which deadline acquisitions have helped their new team out more?
Penguins: Hossa & Dupuis Capitals: Fedorov, Cooke and Huet

Huet has helped the capitals out the most out of all of those players listed, but hossa going to pittsburg was a huge mistake, the penguins were way better off with christiansen and armstrong

I thought so too. Christensen and Armstrong were young, energetic players that would've added to the team for years to come. Plus, Pittsburgh will probably lose Hossa at the end of the season.

I like what the caps did by getting Huet and the other players.

Yup, it was some smart deadline moves, and got team that was going nowhere for a long time into the playoffs.

Exactly. They're a team on my watch-out list as soon as these current playoffs if they beat Philly.

I didn't watch the game, but he let in 6 goals. Were they bad?

i was watching then when montreal was on a break. and at least 3 goals when in from the glove side. then a pentaly shot goal went through his legs. in one way im kind of happy that montreal traded him at the deadline.

Me too. I was mad at first, but then Carey started playing really well after he left, and now I don't regret it at all.

Yeah, you can really see that Price stepped it up after he realized he had to carry the team.

Yes. I'm starting to believe Demers when he says that Price will be amongst the top 3 goalies in the league. I had doubts at the beginning of the season, but he's really displaying all the talent he has since the departure of 39.
