no idea, they have players like Thornton, Marleau, Cheechoo, even Rob Blake is going good.
but honestly i don't think it's just the players. maybe it's just a good luck streak.

Nabokov is injured, unless your talking about thier back-up, who I forget his name. Im sure they would be playing even better if Nabokov were playing.

I fail to see how they could be doing even better. They never lose.

Well you're right, but when it comes down to it, all that matters is that they keep racking up the W's.

I donno, the Sharks were my predictions to win the cup last year, but they failed to get past the first round. So I don't want to make prediction yet.
But I think Nabokov is back, he may have been back for a while I donno.

Their old coach, Ron Wilson i believe, was an amazing coach. He turned the Sharks from a laughing stock to a team who never finished worse than 2nd place in the conference in only one year. The increase in players were a huge reason why this occured but he was a great First: he couldn't win a playoff series for his life. Second: He hated and i mean hated the team leader and captain Patrick Marleau. This happens a lot in sports and it is usually the coach that gets the boot instead of the player. It's a shape but it all is avoided if you don't make it public knowledge which of course never happens.
