Carolina's bad start costed them the game, but if they start better in game 2 they should be successful.

Wow what a game back and fourth it went Malkin with a hat trick. I found Pens were just too strong for carolina, Canes played hard but pittsburgh just ended up taking over the game and winning. I dont blame ward at all he didnt get much help and didnt hav much chance on most of the goals. I dont think this series is over yet but I dont think canes can win this series, but you never know with them they never quit.

Carolina just cant shut down crosby or malkin, and their not gettin any offense out of staal, hes not gettin any help. Ward kept them in it when it was close so you cant blame him. Say what you want about crosby, he just keeps producing. Also carolina looks like their out of gas playin 7 games series back to back will do that.

Pittsburgh won game 4 and swept the Hurricanes.
Did anyone notice that Crosby picked up the Prince of Wales trophy? Don't see that too often...

He picked it up cuz last year they didnt touch it and they didnt win cup, so they decided to switch it up. It doesnt matter if u pick it up or not.
