Is is unreasonable to think that Chicago has a great chance of making the playoffs next season, with all their young players getting better, and maybe better luck what with avoiding injuries?

well once Kane and Toews get a bit more experienced i think that they'll have a better chance of making the play-offs. Havlats needs to stay un-injured, and who's thier goalie now?

Khabibulin. He used to be great, or at least he had a great run when he wont he cup with Tampa. But Khabibulin is deffinatly a playoff goalie who only needs the offencive power to help take him there. And I agree Kane and Toews should be pretty good next season. Sharp also had a pretty good season playing with Toews and Kane. And Havlat just needs to avoid getting injured some how.

If Havlat could stay healthy for 82 games, I have no doubt that he would be one of the top scorers in the league. It's too bad, really...

if havlat can stay healthy blackhawks will make the playoffs. If its not this year it will be next year. O do you think there is a chance that they can draft David Toews so he can play with his brother??

Well I live in Winnipeg I better answer the question lol
Yes last year there was a Winter games up Nord. I think it was in Chruchill. It was a thing for all the under 17. He made the team and the games that I saw on CBC he was all over the time. He is about the same size of his brother. I think that he will make a good player in the NHL, but at the end of the day I think its going to take him more time to get to the NHL then it did he his brother.

That'll be interesting to see if they do pick him though, teams tend to like picking siblings of players they already have because it usually elevates each other's game when they compete against each other. I mean, look at Andrei Kostitsyn after his brother joined the team.

yeah it's pretty interesting to see that. i know that if my brother was drafted to the same team after me, i would demand a different line. i don't work to well with my brother...he's not the passing type or a very good deker...
anyways i think it's cool to see a good chemestry between brothers, like the sedin twins i like to watch them, when i can.

You and your Sedin brothers! any ways i havent heard much about Toews younger brother, but im sure if hes anything like Jonathan, or has potential to be like him, it would be wise to draft him.
