What are your expectations for this guy in terms of points in future seasons?

he will be a great player with the oilers I you have to give him a couple of years still, he will get to 100 points, but i think that next year he will get around 50 to 60 points.

I think you're right, but he will definitely need a better team than what he's skating with at the moment.

Oh, I'm not contesting that, just with the current team they have, it's near-to impossible for the young guys to develop to their full potential.

He has great potential. But Edmonton lacks the vetran force to help and mentor the younger players. Sam will most likely reach the 80-90 score sheet give or take a few years. But i dont really think he will be the type to get 100 points. Hes more finesse then he is power forward or scorrer. None the less time will tell, and teams will help.

Definitely, I think this guy needs go line-mates to excel, because he's the type of player that works with his team. It's up to Lowe to surround this guy well so as to make him the best player he can be- which should be pretty damned good.
