do you guys think that in aquring Corvo and Eaves was a benifit or a loss, considering in return they gave up two good veterans, Stillman and Commodor?

I think it was a great trade for Carolina, especially considering both Stillman and Commodore are UFA's and could very well end up back in Carolina if they so chose to sign them (which I doubt, for Stillman anyway), and they get to keep a talented young guy in Eaves and a PowerPlay QB in Corvo.

yeah but eaves is always injured, i think it kinda worked out evenly i the end, commodor was a pretty solid defence for ottawa, and stillman was put at the point during the powerplay, which worked out pretty good. I think that ottawa might resign commodor again because they're running out of good defencemen, redden might be gone next year, and i siriously doubt that ottawa is going to resign Meszaros, i think that his contract is up, and he's not very good, so that leaves ottawa with Schubert, Lee, Volchenkov and Phillips. Murray's gonna need a better D next year, so that's why i think that he's gonna sign commodor.
