Well since theres a thread for MTL's line-ups, i figured since ottawa has gone through some changes through-out this off season, i guess there should be a line-up thread Ottawa.
So what do you think Ottawa's lines are gonna look like?
here are my predictions:
OFFENCE: Heatley-Spezza-Fisher(scoring) McAmmond-Vermette-Alfredsson(2nd scoring) Ruutu-Kelly-Neil(checking line) Foligno-Bass-Donovan(the give eveyone else a rest line)
Alternates: Isbister
Defence Pairings:
Phillips-Volenkov Smith-Kuba Lee-Schubert
Alternates: Picard-Bell
Tell me what you think, and give your own predictions also!

You spelt Heatley wrong lol.
And i dont think they would put alfredsson on the second line... If anything I see Heatley taking second but even then I highly doubt they are going to split up one of the NHL's best scoring lines?!
And I don't see ruutu on their checking line? He's more of a finesse player and he doesnt score that much I see him more as a 4th line. And I think they would put McAmmond on the third line.
Just my oppinion. I see a few other changes as well but i wont go to much into detail.

You're thinking of the wrong Ruutu, Dustin. This Ruutu is a Lapierre-like player, he used to play for Pittsburgh.

damn, i never spell Heatley right!
when i heared that they wanted to split up the all-famous CASH line, i was like "wtf, r u sirious?" and then i thought about it, if they split them up, it's gonna create a 2nd scoring line, and instead of having vermette on the third line, lets turn it into a checking line, for a better defence. it sounds good, but i heared that Paddock wanted to bumb alfie from the first line last year, but he never did, because the CASH line was winning thier games.
Ok and i modified my original post, i had kelly on two lines. so i switched it up.
