yeah, Stempniak is better than Steen, and colaiacovo is always injured, but can be pretty good when he's playing.
it's a good trade in my opinion.

I agree. I think it makes sense for both teams. Steen has been developed into a more defensive style player, although he occasionally has outbursts of offense. A bit more consistency and Steen has the potential to be a great two-way player.
As for Colaiacovo, it's as you said: it's a matter of staying healthy.
Stempniak should be a good addition to the Leafs.

it was time for Colaiacovo and Steen to leave Toronto. This trade didn't shock me at all. The next leaf to get move is going to be Blake.

Yeah, Blake, its looking like he's going to be the next one to go. He's injured now though.
