Favorite Moments
1. Watching how Saku got the bad news that he got Cancer and coming back with 3 games left in the season. My favorite part of his was how the crowd was chanting his name before he came on the ice for the warm up and the game. Everytime I see the clips it brings chills down my back. I think he pick up like 2 in the 3 games which isn't bad for a guy that had cancer. Plus he played the playoffs no clue on the stats.
2. The 1993 playoffs. Winning 10 games in overtime without losing one being the only team to do that. How Roy always made a promise to his team that he will only let in so many goals. The stick measure that happen in game 2 againts LA Kings. Then scoring on the 6 on 4 playoff and then winning it in overtime.
3. Last years game againts the New York Rangers how the habs were losing 3 to 0 after the first period. Then Carbo pulls out Carey Price and puts in Huet. Then the habs go back 5 to 0. Then gets a goal by Ryder last in the second to start off a come back and winning it in shoot out 6 to 5. Boy me and my dad was so happy that they pulled it off. lol
Not so favorite Moments.
1. Im not going into details. I dont think that everybody in the world would be happy to see what Patrick Roy did on that December game vs the Detroit Red Wings game. Score was 9 to 1 I think. And the habs coach at the time Mario Something(he is the assitant with the Wild) keeps Roy in the goal. What was he thinking by doing that. Then Rejean Houle trades Roy to Colorado for basic pucks. This was the worst trade in the history of the NHL. My guess that saw the offer on table and they could what was given to then. The way I see it they should had keep Roy and try to work things out. What would happen if Roy was in a Habs jersey till he retired??? 2 more stanley cup maybe??? I guess we will never know. Too Bad
This was the worst thing that I think that happen in the habs history. There could be more.

One of the Best Habs moments for me, was watching a press confrence with Saku Koivu in the summer of '06 was telling the press that he was returning in the next season. Now, I may not like the Habs so much, but I have alot of respect for Saku. My Best Habs moment kinda links with my worst.
My worst Habs moment was in the play-offs of '06, when the Habs were playing against the Hurricanes and they were winning the series 2-0 or 2-1 or something like that. But Saku Koivu got high-sticked in the eye in game 3 or 4. He almost lost his vision. There wasn't even a penatly on the call. I mean thats minor, but accident or not, it was a high-stick. Even worse, the Habs ended up losing that series like 4-2 or something like that. Saku wasn't sure if he was returning. Thats why I was really happy to see that he was returning.

Another memorable moment when coach Demers publically declares he is ilitterate & cannot read.
WTH ?
How did he hide it ? I guess one could quickly learn to disguise their ineptness or shortcomings. Give him the guts to go public with the revelation.

My favorite moment would be the shootout win against the Rangers following a 5 goal comeback. I went through so many emotions during that game, and I'll never forget it.
My least favorite moment was the elimination against the Hurricanes in 2006 after Koivu was hurt. It left a really sour taste in my mouth because I was so sure they were going to win it after going 2-0 in the first two games in Carolina. They were even leading game 3 1-0 until late in the third when Brind'Amour tied it. Stillman's OT goal in game 6 to win it for the 'Canes is one of my worst memories.
