Okay, this is what we know about 2010-2011: + Carolina is getting an affiliate that's closer to home. The River Rats are moving to Charlotte and will play as the Charlotte Checkers. + Edmonton has had a dormant franchise in their possession for a few years now. They've decided to activate this franchise in Oklahoma City. Edmonton is affiliated with a team up in Springfield (MA), and I'm sure either someone's going to team up with them or they'll move. Which means that there's going to be more dominos falling all over the place.

You'd pretty much have to wait until an offseason with the amount of changes that go on. There's at least one or two moves every summer. Example: Iowa, who is no longer with the league, had Dallas for a few seasons and then Anaheim last season before they were kicked out for some business situation. I can't remember exactly why they were kicked out. I think it had to do with a potential sale or something. Anaheim is the only team without their own AHL team this season.
