Heatley has issues with Clouston. So he asks for a trade... www.ottawasun.com/sports/hockey/2009/06/09/9739076.htmlI've lost a lot of respect for Heatley. He is my favorite player. But asking for a trade when the coach asks him to work harder is just pathetic. It could work out in Ottawa's favor though. Trading a guy like Heatley, there's no doubt that the Sens will bring back at least 2 efficient players in return. But still...I don't want to have to burn my Heatley shirt.

for me it will be. I'm picking Oilers or Sharks. But I have a feeling a underdog team will make a push for him

Interesting stuff, but they should get good value. Rumors out of Edmonton are Gagner, Cogliano and Visnovsky/Souray/1st round pick (depending who you ask) for Heatley.

I also heared the Kings were interested. But I doubt Heatley will wave his NTC for LA. He want's to go to a contender.

Edmonton doesn't look like a likely contender to me, and his agent has confirmed that he would waive to go there.

That's true. Edmonton is the only team he said he wants to go to. The others I guess will have to be contenders. To be honest, I don't know a whole lot about it, I just know who might be interested. Also I heared this rumor:
Colgliano, Gilbert, 10th pick overall 2009 draft for Heatley.

I forgot about Gilbert, his name has came up a lot as well.

Yeah, I heared...and this is sketchy, probably not true, but if Heatley isn't dealt by july 1st, Melnyk is willing to pay Heatley a $4 million bonus weither he plays for Ottawa or not next season.

I just hope ottawa ends up on the better side of this deal. I hope it ends up like the Yashin trade, Sens got Chara and Spezza in that deal. Hopefully an early draft pick woud be nice here too.
